Well, it seems I've hopped back on the WHITE SUGAR train. Gotta get off and stay off. Seems like one little slip with that white stuff and you're hooked again.

Hello sweet raisins & grapes - goodbye Quaker Oatmeal Cookies & your similar ingredients buddies. This also means those yummy little 50 cent soft serve cones from Burger King. Bye-bye.

Yes - exactly what I mean. Cinnamon Raisin (white) bread toast w/mucho butter. No No. I've got to go back to cottage cheese w/fruit or veggies. And snack on the yummy frozen grapes you showed me how to make.
