Boy I struggled this morning, I was tempted by candy, cookies, and hamburgers. But instead of having the candy, and cookies I had some sugar free gum spearmint flavored. And instead of the hamburger I had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with sauteed onions, it was so delicious that I was glad that I didn't have a hamburger. Its flavor tasted like it had barbeque sauce on it but it didn't. So I'm doing good so far today especially with resisting temptations.
I wasn't able to walk this morning because I fell down my steps this morning and got all scrapped up and the maintenance men had to come out and find out where the pipe was busted and repair it because our hallway and bathroom were totally flooded.
