Wednesday is here and I am tired! This is always my long day of the week. I go straight from work to church. I have 3 choir practices on Wednesday nights. I finally get home around 8 or 8:30. We still have to have supper, clean up, my daughter had homework to finished, exercise, walk the dog, etc. When I get through Wednesday I usually have the week made.
Tonight I do have a stew in the crockpot, so at least I don't have to go home and cook. After 12 hours in the crockpot it should be very tender. A quick salad to accompany the stew.
Unfortunately this weekend will not be a restful weekend. My daughter has marching contest on Saturday afternoon & a Veteran's Day Celebration at the High School where she will preform in the evening. I have to be at the High School at 5:30 to take tickets to the event for 2 hours prior to the event. Sunday is full of activities for our teenagers and music practice. I will find myself needing to go to work on Monday to relax.
