The weather is nasty, it is damp and cool which makes my joints hurt.
I am looking forward to a nice evening with my family. We will have Mojito grilled chicken (George Foreman)and potatoes. I have bought a dumpling squash as my new vegetable to try this week. I have never cooked anything like this. I am going to cut it in half, scrape out the seeds, give it a sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon and a little splenda brown sugar mix. I will cook it in the oven till tender. I hope it is tasty.
I will go to the gym tonight.
