Sunday was a bad day for me. I have only had two days in the last 3 months that I have come off plan. Both days were Sundays after particularly exhausting Saturdays. I knew ahead of time that I was going to be completely drained so this is good information to have. In the future, when I am going to have a crazy day, I need to plan ahead of time for the next day. I will have my meals and snacks already prepared and easily accessible.

Hopefully the 5.5 lb gain I experienced this morning won't take 2 wks to get off!!!
