Last night I was a bottomless pit it seemed. I made mostley good choices (except the 4 pieces of chocolate). But I never seemed satisfied. I had popcorn, 1pt popsicle (2 of them) and chocolate. I joined 2 challenge groups and somewhere in the back of my mind I'm thinking my food world is going to end and if I don't eat it today...I will NEVER be able to eat it again. OMG!!! Why do I think that way? I need to stop! Personal challenge: out with the old/bad thoughts - in with the new/positive thoughts!
