Hello everyone! I am a little late adding this but better late than never. I have been married to the greatest man for 21 years! We have 2 super kids - a girl and a boy! I also think I have the best family ever! I have fought the battle of the bulge for more years than I care to count. This time my attitude and approach are different. This time I am changing my lifestyle with weight loss just being one of the perks. I have been doing it now for about 3 months. Two months ago I also quit smoking. I have tried several times to quit and failed miserably. That has been a hard one only because I did enjoy smoking but I was ready to quit (for health reasons & it was becoming expensive). I hope with my new attitude and approach I will be successful with both.
