Think Positive!!! Live Positive!!!

Last night I was reading an article about thinking thin (yeah – of course – an article on dieting). The end of the article was talking about negative and positive self-image. I usually consider myself a positive thinking person. I try to see or find the good in anyone or in any situation (except when it comes to how I view my own self-image). I get onto my husband whenever he has negative thoughts. I strongly believe negative thoughts influence our minds, bodies, spirits and lives in a negative manner and positive thought impact us positively. When something bad happens I don’t like to ask “What else?” because I am of the belief that I just might be shown ‘what else.’ My point (finally) is self-fulfilling prophecies. Maybe my trouble with losing weight has been my negative self-image and negative thoughts about the diet. So my challenge to myself is to quit being a hypocrite and think positive thoughts when it comes to me!

Kedzie, thanks! I try to be positive about everything. It's hard sometimes but I try. I also like to believe that there is good in everything. My husband says sometimes I'm delusional :) lol
