muscle cramps from yesterday intense calisthenics , comforted alittle bit today by walking for 40 mins and doing some stretches , im back to healthy eating after more than one month of eating freely all what i crave ,determined to keep track of everything i eat and be committed to diet and exercise for the whole month of september , any slips will be compensated the next day by more exercise and less calories
