This looks like the only month since I started dieting that I will not lose 10lb. I've lost 5.8. To reach my normal weight loss would require 4lb in 5days. I have upped my calorie intake this month, and added fat to my diet. Maybe the things I've added do not agree with me. It might be my TOM, which is totally out of sync lately.
I have learned that the time of day really does make a difference in your weight. Even weighing myself 2 hours later in the day can add 1lb or more to my weight.
