I've joined the 100+ Push Up Challenge. On Tue I went to a Yoga Power Plus class which included a ton of pushups. My arms were killing me the next day. So, I checked out hundredpushups.com. I only have to dedicate 30 minutes a week. I've decided to go with MWF starting tomorrow. I did the test on Saturday and I was able to do 18 good pushups. I was surprised and happy with that since I usually do modified during my strength classes.
My goal at the end of this challenge is to do no more modified pushups. To do a 100 would be a major amazing bonus!
