Hey All,

Today was a good day food wise, I keep my self away from garbage which is great to see I'm staying motivated. I also got a more accurate weight logged of 94.4kg and I did some measurements stomach 101cm and chest 110cm.

I also did a monster workout in the gym today! Tomorrow planning to do a morning run and then some kinda or boxing or skipping after uni tomorrow night.
