Is this the right track?
Hi guy and girls,

I’m new to the whole calorie counting and I’m learning how to tweak. Is this the right kind of macro break down for good fat loss? Can I get some feedback on my diet breakdown? What time frame should I give myself?

Goal:
I currently weight 94 or so (101cm around the belly and 110cm around the chest), and I want to get down to 88kg, but I have a bit of a belly at the moment and want to flatten up.

I train the following per week:
3 x weights (heavy)
2 x 5km runs (30 mins each)
1 x swimming (1 hour)
1 x kick boxing class (1 hours)

My example days:
Day 1 - 2,254 cals (68g fat, 175g protein, 235g carbs) = total deficit -296 cals
Day 2 - 2,194 cals (64g fat, 153g protein, 260g carbs) = total deficit -656 cals
Day 3 - 2157 cals (67g fat, 101g protein, 281g carbs) = total deficit -639 cals

*note that I have around 80carbs at brekkie, and then 45 at lunch and then 20 at dinner, the rest comes from protein shakes and a few light snacks (peanut butter sandwich..etc..) 2 protein shakes, l-glutamine, l-carinitine, a fat burner pill.

Please help!
