My other half brought home McDonald's for dinner and despite the fact that I had just gone grocery shopping and bought nothing but super healthy stuff I ate the damn burger and fries. So basically now I feel like crap because my cal intake was way over what I've allowed myself.

The thing is, I had a good day and I refuse to worry too much about this. I did it, it's done. I can't take it back but I don't have to do it again and once slip up won't ruin everything. Tomorrow is a new day, just gotta be extra clean with my eating the next few days to balance out all the junk the burger has in it.

That's always so frustrating! It's tough when others don't support you. :(

I don't think it was lack of support so much as trying to be thoughtful so I didn't have to cook. I was the one that made the choice to eat it. I could have eaten something from home but wanted to indulge. So it's all on me basically.

Things happen. Tomorrow is a new start. Are you able to get in a little more exercise? Keep up on drinking your water. Keep moving forward!!!
