My other half brought home McDonald's for dinner and despite the fact that I had just gone grocery shopping and bought nothing but super healthy stuff I ate the damn burger and fries. So basically now I feel like crap because my cal intake was way over what I've allowed myself.
The thing is, I had a good day and I refuse to worry too much about this. I did it, it's done. I can't take it back but I don't have to do it again and once slip up won't ruin everything. Tomorrow is a new day, just gotta be extra clean with my eating the next few days to balance out all the junk the burger has in it.
