made it to the gym yesterday , exercised for about 90 minutes 30 cardio and 60 weight training , hope to do that daily or at least four days weekly , im not follow ing a certien diet these days but planning to start a high protien low fat low carb diet in a couple of weeks , wanna look good before winter
