I would cut out the Almond butter. Any type butter for me is a no-no. I hope that will work for you.

I am not doing so well with this yet either. I did notice that you aren't eating enough with your meals. For instance, today you only had apples. You can't eat like that..you need real food too. I usually have a greek yogurt and fruit for b'fast, or sometimes a couple of hard boiled eggs and fruit or an egg white omelet and fruit. Where are you struggling the most?

another b'fast that worked for me last time I lost weight, was a lite english muffin toasted w/a smear of peanut butter (good protein but high in calories and fat so don't use too much) on each side. You don't need much, it melts and a little goes a long way. It's filling and holds me over til lunch without hunger pains in between.

go on to www.dwlz.com and check her site. She lists lots of good suggestions and food menus along with the points values for them. Also has all the restaurant and fast food places listed w/their points. Her site is realllly helpful. Also, www.3fatchicks.com check these out for great help and resourceful info.

Honestly, you need to learn to help yourself. Losing weight is mostly up to you. We can support you here, but you need to take control and be proactive about your health. If you are doing WW, then get out all your materials and start reading. Then re-read the materials. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink your water. Plan a couple of breakfast and lunches you enjoy for a a few weeks (whether your counting points or calories). It really helps. If you want to eat out, look up the information and what you want before you go, then order it. Keep processed foods to a minimum. If you like to cook, some good sites are: Skinnytaste.com, Emilybites.com, Slenderkitchen.com, Cookinglight.com Get some fitness magazines and read about nutrition and exercise. Get some books out of the library. Try new workout dvds. There are so many out there. Some are 25 minutes long and will kick your butt in to shape (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred). You can even buy some used or get them from the library. Take some new exercise classes. When you take control, you feel good about your life. Good luck!

Suzi161, thanks so much for those cooking sites. I love to cook and will find these really useful, I hope Dolly Pat does as well. And Dolly Pat, I think the key to any good weight loss regime is to plan your food out as much as possible. I know that when I don't plan my meals ahead of time, I usually set myself up to fail that day.
