Hardest, most intense hike I've ever gone on. Got lost in the woods which are super full of huge steep hills and muggy/humid. My legs felt like jello, I honestly didn't know if I could finish but I did. I burned over 1500 cals in the hike and I'm fucking proud!!! I'm going to be soooo sore tomorrow but right now I'm running a calorie deficit of more than 4000 cals right now.
I'm rewarding myself with a light beer and a slice of pizza since I've barely eaten today.
I won't over indulge though.
