Okay I skipped a day of journaling, but that just means I have something to actually say today.
I am almost back to normal from the cold....still congested but no sore throat. My monthly friend is still visiting and I am still struggling with the chocolate BUT I am going to kick that chocolate in the ass today. I did stay within my calorie limits yesterday and had 9 of those mini kit kat bars BUT I was so hungry....they just weren't filling so today I plan on no chocolate. And if it doesn't work, Keith is taking all of his candy to work tomorrow or I am going to throw it in the trash. Just because I am on my period doesn't mean I have the right to do this to my body.
Going to try something new today :) I am making baked turkey breast cutlets for dinner! Wish me luck!
