Know that game Hungry Hungry Hippo? I should be on the cover. Trying to keep it in check but my calories are gone for today and it's only 2 p.m. Yesterday I was bragging to the hubby about how full you can get from so little and how I'd only been eating 1300ish calories for a few days and feeling stuffed. Hoping to still be in 170's tomorrow. Even if it's 179.9999.

I know what you mean!! I’ve been trying to replace snacks with tea and I’ve been having like 10 cups of tea per day. 🙈 Hang in there, though, you’ve got this!! 💖

Seems to have passed. 2055 calories is way better than I usually end up with PMS.

Screw the scale. I stopped recording my weight when I started lifting because my waist measurements were the same or less but it kept going up. Since my gym closed I’ve lost 10 pounds and still a good 7 above my low. But still wearing the same clothes at my lowest on the scale. It’s a number. I need my gym to open but am offsetting with longer workouts. Averaging 5-10 miles a day. I’m good. You’re great, DP. Just roll with it! 😎

It’s the reason I stay as close to 2000 a day, every day. If I ate 1300, I’d collapse. Or I’d suffer for a few days and then likely do what you say you do, stuff myself and not get full. Try consistently eating as close to your limit every day for a couple weeks. I think overtime you’d feel less and less urge to have the very high cal days. I know nothing,so if you don’t believe it, then don’t. 🤪 Just my two cents you didn’t ask for. 😘

I only went lower because my daily average was over and I was tired of maintaining. I hate that my weight is staying the same but my body is looking worse. Face is thinner but stomach is flabbier. By July 1st, I should be back in action and can actually post progress pics. Tired of not having anything to be proud of and post. DO NOT start in with the over the top FS friendliness and "oh you should be so proud" I hate that kinda shit. Gotta get back to it. I am actually surprised how well I have done through this whole thing. To not have gained when I have always been a compulsive over eater is good but gotta get my muscle and gainz again. I saw a girl's back on here that i really admired today and I have to look for her again to follow her. It was motivating to me. Thanks, jheeden, for your support.

This is why I keep some of my old clothes and try them on instead of focusing on the weight which has held for almost a year now (yes, there's actually a plan). The scale is only a single part of it in mine. Not all goals here are the same.

Yeah-Katsolo. My 10's are TIGHT and my 12's fit way more comfortably than I would like but I'm at a lower weight... guess I'm losing my muscle

No, not maintenance. Still losing, slowly but it’s moving. Not my goal though. Trying to build muscle. Not easy at all but I’m not giving up!🦵🏻💪🏻

It is frustrating. I was going to get new shorts for walking, but then I decided I like having to wear a belt in these weird days so my mind knows exactly where I am. I do need to drill a new hole in my belt this weekend. That'll be fun!
