So I haven't posted here in a very long time (perhaps ever!), but I've used fatsecret on and off for many many years.
I'm in my late 30s, and until late 2014, I spent most of my adult life north of 300lbs.
I've been around 200 since late 2015 or so, and I've successfully kept it off.
That said, I'm still a bit.. softer than I'd like. I'm at 19% BF according to my most recent DEXA scan (which admittedly was over a year ago, and I've spent the interim year weight lifting, rock climbing, and training heavily in Muay Thai).
So I figured with this COVID thing, I'd really kick it into high gear. I've gone into full intermittent fasting (I eat 8 hours, fast 16), with regimented workouts (weight lifting, heavy bag work, followed by stretching), and calorie counting with fatsecret.
My goal is 10% BF. We'll see if I can get there. Even if things are 'opening up', my family and I are going to stay indoors (reasonably, anyway), until I'm sure there's no second wave. So I've got time.
