I am not even going to pretend I am motivated today. I am cramping and the kit kats and reese cups are mean. So I quit logging my food for today.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will get back to logging...I just hope my body agrees to doing it!

If I have to, I will throw the candy away! LOL

Just start tomorrow with a renewed resolve. :) Also if your downfall is chocolate (like mine is) there are some great alternatives out there for those cravings. Cocoa chip full bars are great, chocolately flavored and fill you up, like they're suppose to. Chocoalte and oat fiber one bars are really good too, 25 calorie diet hot cocoa by swiss miss is always good for a craving. And I'll finish with Chocolate mousse yoplait whip frozen in the freezer like icecream. :) All healthier alternates that I've been using to help fend off cravings. You can do it! Just take it one choice at a time! :D

I think you did the right thing. Take the a day or two off. Indulge a little bit. Your hormones should start to level off and you can pull yourself together and get back on track. If you don't.... I'll be a kickin' your ass! Love you ;o) Another bit of advice to go with Jada's.... WATER, WALK & SUNSHINE! I know you don't feel like it now.... but tomorrow, try to get outside for a walk. Like I said the other day, water flushes out the excess fluid (medically speaking, the fluid retention actually puts pressure on your brain and that's why we get crabby) Walking gets the endorphins flowing. (you know endorphins make us happy) And if you can do it all in the sunshine you'll feel so much better. (studies show that sunlight helps fight depression and low moods.) LOL.... I can see you throwing me the finger about now. I remember those days. LOL.... but truly it's all in love Toots. :op I do hope you feel better and get back to doing the good stuff. ~♥~

I know how you feel! I had a food filled long weekend it took all the mental muscle I had yesterday to start tracking again, but today I am more or less back on track. You can do it! You are loved! Let us know how you make out tomorrow, I am sure you can do it.
