I started a low carb lifestyle in March, so far I have lost 42 lbs and reduced my blood sugar A1C level from 6.8 to 6. I am not seeing the same results in weight loss that I was seeing in the first 4-5 months so am hoping this site will help me continue to lose the weight and get healthy
233.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.8 lb a week
