Went on vacation, knew I wasn't going to diet or exercise. Gained a little bit of weight, but it was acceptable. Got back home, started a new weight lifting and running routine, and broke my collarbone in a bicycling accident.

Decided to completely change my dietary outlook on life after reading a lot of articles on Paleo and Ketogenic diets when looking for a good way to maintain my weight while being unable to workout for the next 2 months.

Starting ketogenic eating today. Girlfriend decided to do it with me. After reading so many articles on it, a lot of it just clicks and makes sense. Probably going to get Gary Taubes' books.
