Well done - so proud of you. I know you worked hard. I struggle with maintenance too...but the successful seem to manage their calories and weigh in to stay on it!

Nicely done.😊 I’m not into real maintaining, yet, but I’ve never had a significant gain during my journey (even when loss wasn’t happening) so I suppose those are maintaining times and what worked for me was just taking it slow. Day by day. Continuing to do the things I had already learned. Playing with calories according to my activity level. Calories were much higher when I was able to lift much heavier (when gyms were open). Calories a bit lower since I can’t go. I’m sure you’ll do wonderfully as you seem so determined. Motivation and dedication.

Aloha and congratulations, Rev🤙🏽 I joined FS in Aug 2019 and learned that slow and steady wins the race. I checked out member profiles and followed those who are consistent, focused, and health minded instead of those who just use FS for a personal diary, popularity contest, or social outlet. Let intuitive and mindful eating encourage you to maintain your blue line because YOU deserve your best life!

Congrats on your success! No pointers since I'm not in maintenance. I'm maintaining for months when I should be losing. But better than a gain. ;)

Tip: don't be like me.

Congratulations! I've gained much of the weight back on previous times I've reached goal so this time I'm trying to just continue tracking calories and exercise. Feel more secure this way and I'm not ready to start eating intuitively as some have. Hope you find the method that works for you. All the best!

Bella... So many areas where we should all be like you! But that made me laugh. 😆❤️

Congratulations!!!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏💃💃💃 Maintenance is where I have failed many times in the past! I feel much more confident this time as I have adapted MY WOE. Checks and balances. It's no longer a diet but rather my preferred way of living. Keep on keeping on with what works for you!!!

I am not one to give advice - maintaining is my weak area but this time I think I am going to approach maintenance like losing -

Portion control and moderation. Healthier foods most of the time, less healthy items once in a while. No guilt, no deprivation required.

I have failed at maintenance so many times in the past. The only thing that works for me personally is continuing to track all of my eating, stay away from alcohol and regularly weigh in. You got this!!

Congratulations on hitting your goal weight! And I agree with everyone's comments. What Kenna said about not having guilt or depriving yourself is very important. As long as you stay consistent and don't go overboard on unhealthy foods or stop exercising, you should be good!
