yesterday was another party day hanging with friends at barbecue and so hard not to sample a little of everything. I was conscious of portion control but had already eaten in the morning so sampling a little of everythihg put me slightly over my limit.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
