After being stagnet for ~7 weeks, I am finially losing .2 at a time...YEA!!!! I bought a bottle of coconut oil and have started using ~a tablespoon a day. From what I'm reading...it's the wonder oil. All I can say is that since starting to incorporate it in our diet...I've been losing. I'm not sure how to use it so have been sauteing my veggies in it. Love the coconut taste.
