Did a 65 mile bike ride yesterday and the scales are up a pound :( On the ride I ate mostly fruit, banana and a pear. Had 1/4 PB sandwich and about 1/4 of a granola bar. The served KFC chicken with the trim and I pulled off the breading from one chicken breast. I guess the only "bad" think was a dark chocolate turtle but really I do think a treat like that is ok if I'm keeping an average HR of 133 for several hours. Maybe I need to rethink.
