Not getting enough veggies. Last night we were on the road until 7p so I improvised with dinner. Had something low carb and quick but no veggies (eggs and sausage). Had them but just didn't think to use them. Brought my lunch today but when I got ready to eat, my salad is soggy and looks nasty. Needless to say, I didn't eat it. Luckily, I had a cucumber to go with my chicken. I've got to do a better job of planning my veggies throughout my day.

I feel your pain Soccermom - I HATE Veggies - except a bloody mary on Sunday morning. If I drank that daily would it cover my vegie requirements - I would skip the beer chaser LOL.... Have a good one!!
