I was trying not to snack today, but I was having a rough time with the lower sugar since I have had a sweet the last several days. I didnt have ice cream this time, I stuck to 3/4 cup peanuts and 1/2 blueberries. Calories were not very low today, but I think once I get the sugar out of my system it will be easier to g back to 3 meals a day, and cut back to 1500 which is plenty low enough.
