Well this system is working out very well, I stepped on the scale and was very surprised. But I have been working hard. I went cycling for almost an hour every day but I did take my two days off. I have been doing abs and back exercises. I am feeling so much better. My pants are starting to loosen up and I can feel my hip bones. I am dealing with the hunger and it is lessening. I didn't cheat once this week, today I even walked by a large plate of cookies and muffins that smelled sooooooooooooooooooo good.
This protein system is a winner, eat lots of protein and veggies and toss in a little exercise. My back doesn't hurt as much.

Wow- that protein program is really working for you. Once, I get a little more stabilized with my own lifestyle change, I'll be coming to your for advise. Keep up the aggressive exercise program. I hope day to be able to cycle for an hour!
