highest weight I can remember. I've had no motivation or energy. body aches, can't sleep well, and I know I look terrible. starting back on my good habits. fake it till it becomes habit. will also see doc about getting back on ADD meds on Monday.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
