Starting today to take Garcinia Cambogia.

My weight loss is so slow, even after cutting grains, all processed foods, coffee, sugar, and exercising more. Really? Do I need to stand on my head?? I decided to give this a try. Dr Oz recommended it. However, if this does not work I'll know that Dr Oz is full of manure.

It can months to actually see some benefits to supplements and half the time the process is so slow you don't notice the change. You want to kick up your weight loss, make sure your getting enough protein and high fiber foods. They help us lose fat the best. If you don't exercise and can, I would start. Walking is a great place to start. Adding in some circuit/strength training a few times a week (with some light hand weights), can also help. When you build muscle (not like a body builder), you start burning more calories. That's why men tend to lose quicker and can eat more and keep it off. They have more muscle to fat ratio than women. Interval training can also help.

thank you Suzi. It's just that I remember a time when for me weight loss was so quick! I blame it on the myriads of diets I tried and I've noticed it especially after completing the Atkins diet. I found my metabolism slowed down quite extensively thereafter. After regaining the weight, it started being very difficult losing it. Also, if I can give anyone one valid piece of advise....lose the weight while you are young, cos after the middle 40's, it's very hard to lose. Thanks again Suzy for your advice, I know you are right...I'm just feeling impatient...I've been at this for so long.
