That trip to Itally with all the pasta and wine tool it's toll on my weight but all the walking and exercise made me smaller in the waist...go figure...literally. On another interesting note: at the Dr office yesterday, my bp was up to 129/80 vs my normal 117/75...could all that fat have that much affect in just a couple weeks or maybe it was the not watching my fat intake for the 4 months before that...back to the fruits and veggies, down with fried foods.
