well, my diet plan is waaaaay to hard! i want to eat healthy but i can't seem to stay away from carbs... i have cravings for cereal and ice cream....definately not on my diet so until im done being prego, i'm gona find one w/ more options...maybe weight watchers...i'm not sure!

awww, when that happened to me I just started to drink green tea... i haven't cut out any caffiene, green tea takes away my cravings...

I'M NOT EVEN PREGNANT AND I HAVE THOSE CRAVINGS, LOL. I TRIED WEIGHT WATCHERS BUT THE AMOUNTS OF THE GOOD THINGS WERE TOO SMALL. PLUS, I LIKE STEAKS, LOL. TOO MANY POINTS FOR THEM. GOOD LUCK ON THE DIRECTION YOU CHOOSE AND CONGRATS ON THE NEW BABY!
