I've discovered that I can have one large onion ring at a time (the big battered kind), still within my carb limits, and it doesn't derail my loss rate. I do not know if this is good or bad information for me to have.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 September 2010:

I'm pretty certain I could not stop at one :) Also, I love sauteed onions and I could have lots more of them with my main dish so I'd choose that.

I'm not sure I could stop at one either. You are a better (wo)man that me, Gunga Din!! lol I would just get started and continue until they were all history!!! Glad that your loss is continuing.

I would be afraid that it was a fluke and the next time it might derail the loss a bit. But then I lose terribly slow.
