Getting so aggravated with my stall, grr. I only lost 5 lbs in month of august where i was averaging 10lb, now here in september i have just bounced between 182 and 178. I have tried different things so far, i haved added even more exercise, i walk 2 miles a day on treadmill, and added strength training to all muscles on body, do some cycling and the elliptical on my perky days lol, i am feeling stronger, i like that i have more energy, but the scale is driving me nuts! Can exercise stall you? It seems since i started doing hip hop abs then the gym, i have barely moved the scale or inches. But also where i am spending more time away from pc, i havent kept up with my everyday routine of my diet calender, i am up in carbs and calories one day, then low the next, and i have increased on low carb desserts, i guess i just got too comfortable with atkins. So starting today, no more low carb desserts for a while, or low carb tortillas, back to atkins strictly veggies, and no processed meats, watch my limits on cheese which i havent been watching. And back to doing my diet calender ahead of time. Hopefully this will help me get back on the downfall. If anyone noticed something i havent, please let me know, thanks.

Sounds like a plan. Just remember you've lost a phenomenal 72 pounds in just over 6 months!! Your body may need some time to adjust, too. When you do decide to add some processed meat back into your diet, look for a better choice in hot dogs. There are definitely some out there that won't cost you 5 carbs each.
