Well, day 4 and I had a slip...a coworker unaware of my efforts surprised me with a chocolate eclair. I tried to share it with someone, but when she said no, I just ate the whole dang thing. I am acknowledging it here, and now the secret is to let that be the only slip and not give up! Back on the wagon RIGHT NOW. Going to the gym to run on the treadmill...
