Lo-cal (1600) is working well. Run 3mi a day, 5mi on sat & sun and take friday off. Tried Atkins, & couldn't make it through a workout, but I did loose 53 lbs on Atkins (291-238). Tried 1200cals. & that is just to low. This is working good for me.
