Started Atkins in July, 2012 @ 291lbs. I am going to be 50 next month(June 1,2013) and have played a sloppy first half. Thought it was time to loose some weight and it has been a love, hate thing ever since. Now in May of 2013 I am at 231lbs. I want to get down to 200lbs. but I seemed to have stalled with Atkins. I run 3 to 5 miles every night, so I know it is not the excersize. I am taking a week and switching to low calorie and will be back on Atkins on Monday, May 20, 2013. Low calorie is tough because of the hunger, while with Atkins, once you hit ketosis, hunger isn't a problem. All the bad foods that my family keep in the house are repulsive to me.
