Okay, so back from the land of no scales and family-food situations. Like last weekend, i'm relatively certain that i'm retaining sodium-related water. I was pretty careful not to over-eat, and to choose the healthier option whenever i could... but, there were s'mores, and I had a few. No calories counted, because it was pretty well impossible. (also, no internet/phone signal means i couldn't plug it in, anyway.)

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 September 2010:
