Up early, started healthy weight for life program at work this morning.

I was @ the gym 7am this morning. 25 mins cardio, and about 20 mins stretching.

Had breakfast @ about 9am, hunger level 2.

had amedium apple for snack at around 11:30 am.

Had lunch around 12:40, too full. experienced dumping syndrome.

Went to choir rehearsal from 7pm - 9pm. dunkin donuts latte.
