Had hoped to be lower this morning. Weekends are hard, too much temptation.

weekends are killers. I have so much trouble resisting. My sinus major headache Sunday made me totally not care what I shoved in. Better this morning and ready to get back to it. Walking at lunchtime helps a lot.
