A good day, good but painful (shins) run into work today, but can feel the improvement (I think).

Calorie counting is enjoyable and loving my lunch. Need to stop the biscuits in the evening though.........

Day off tomorrow, so will do 10K on treadmill and some boxing and weights....hopefully
