Great run into work yesterday,beat my best time by 2 minutes - the funny thing is I never try to beat my time just find it is the best way to feel improvement..
today I cycled into work, which was easier than anticipated! I would like to think it is due to my improved fitness levels, but more than likely to do with the lack of wind resistance. very nice day, bright and sunny too.
As for my food counter, still mainting the deficit of calories but sodium levels seem high! they even show in coffee (which I take without sugar and milk)!!
and finally I have decided to weigh myself once a week - on a sunday on my wi fit board.
