Need to adjust my eating methods, gained 7 since xMas. No cal deficits Dec, Jan, but trying to adjust for Feb deficits. Sort of a dilemma going on, my stomach actually feels full, but my brain seems to be generating hunger messages. I am responding to the hunger messages and need to be training myself to respond to what my stomach feels like, full. There has not been any kind of cal surplus, but even a break even with exercise - food, gains are happening. Working on deficits again, should see something next weigh in. I didn't work that hard three months last year losing 20 lbs to gain 7 back!!

Hope that will happen. You could look into changing up some of the thing you are eating. I tend to get less hungry if I eat more fats for instance. You may try to see what happens if you work in more fiber if fat is not your thing. Or if you like carbs a lot maybe eat some of the carbs considered "slow carbs"

Yes, thanks for the tip. I need to look at type of food. Some of the dilemma is tied to exercise. My body is used to eating after 50 mile rides, but I dropped them back around xMas.. Body was in the habit of reaching for calories after 2800 - 3000 calorie rides, dropped the rides back to 1600, but I think my body still thinks I'm going to do those long rides, so it's fueling up ...

This is going back a way, and I can see you have dropped since this, but just wanted to comment. I've had some of the same struggles. The body is used to needing more fuel and just begs for it even on quiet days. It is plenty hard to adjust!
