I'm back.....
I have been so sick....I am pretty sure I had norovirus, a GI Virus. It hit me hard and kept me down for a week. I am just now feeling better. I have been living on the couch and sleeping away the day.
I started my diet up again and I am feeling good. I am at 171 and all my clothing is not fitting me anymore. It just hangs on me. I think I need to go through my clothing and get rid of something. I am just feeling so good about myself.
