I dont have cheat meals. I have cheat treats. Cheat treats like a reese's peanut butter cup or a baby muffin. I have discovered cheat meals make me feel guilty, uncomfortable and grumpy and I still count the calories which makes me feel bad overall but cheat treats that come every two weeks or so, make me feel good. Like, i really feel like i deserve it. Plus, its manageable that i dont worry about it. Today, I had an ice cream cone. my last taste of ice cream was over two months ago so i really enjoyed my treat today. :)
