I was getting worried about myself and questioning the strength of my willpower. These past few days, my food cravings have been a nightmare. I was constantly looking at pictures and recipes of food ("food porn") and just this weekend, i gave no second thought in giving myself a few treats when just last month, i wouldn't touch anything with more than 5g of sugar.
Its a good thing i stumbled over
this article which explained why my cravings have been barely manageable and how to stop cravings and i quote;
