Its weekend again and eish I cant keep up with eating healthy on weekends, does anyone have tips on how to keep the healthy on weekends....♀☻♂Ö

In SA saturdays are for watching sports and a lot of snacking. My solution is veggies sliced in sticks-most supermarkets sell it, with dips like fat free yoghurt wth lots of spice or mashed avocado with hot chilli sauce.
