Its the first day and I had some plain oatmeal and some nonfat organic peach yogurt for breakfast, not so bad, atleast I am not starving. The oatmeal was hard for me because I really dont like it. I did make a large pot of the vegatarian chili, it smelled so good when I was cooking it, so I will have that for lunch and then maybe some brown rice and veggies for dinner. Finally a diet where I am not going to be starving!!!!!! Cant wait to walk later, its nice today.

Great attitude! Sounds like you are doing great on the eating part also, keep up the good work and remember if it gets hard, just push your self through!

Do you hate all oatmeal or just plain oatmeal?
I get the low sugar instant from quaker.
You will be able to eat other cereal after detox. Just hang in that first 9 days! If you follow it completely, you will be very happy with the results!
Remember, you should be eating 4-5 times a day.

I dont like any oatmeal at all. I will survive after these 9 days I will not eat it anymore.
